In a container take besan. Add baking soda. Add little water make it into pouring consistency batter. Let it sit for good 30 minutes.

Which Meanwhile boil water. Add the required amount of sugar. And stir until the sugar is dissolved into the water. Squeeze lemon juice into it to avoid formation of sugar lumps

Take any plastic container. And make tiny holes in it to make very tiny boondis.

Heat oil in a pan.Whisk the batter again. Add a pinch of salt and the colour. Slowly transfer small amount of batter into the container and deep fry the boondis.

Transfer all the boondis into the sugar syrup and give it a good mix. Add desi ghee into it.

Rub desi ghee into your palms. And start making ladoos into your desired shape and decorate it with dry fruits of your choice.
