  3. 1/2 kgBeef mince
  4. 1Egg
  5. 4Fried onion
  6. 1 tspAll spice powder
  7. 1 tspRaw papaya
  8. 1 tbspYogurt
  9. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  10. 2 tspChili powder
  11. 1/4 tspMace
  12. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  13. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  14. Oil as much required
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In chopper, put together 1/2 kg mince, fried onion and 1 tsp raw papaya.

    Chop well and mix with 1/4 tsp mace powder and 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.

    Now add 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp Yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder and Salt to taste.

    Now make longitudinal shape and fry in hot oil or grill over burning coals. Serve with chutney.
