Methi chaman is an authentic kashmiri dish made up of methi and paneer(chaman). So as per our mystery week challenge I changed the recipe and made it with spinach, peanut and cheese(paneer).
Steps

Blanch fresh spinach and make puree with peanut garlic cloves and green chilli.

Heat ghee in a kadhai, add jeera, shahi jeera, whole crushed coriander, whole red chilli and let it temper.Add onion ginger chilli paste and cook it till the oil comes out.add all spices and mix well.

Cut the paneer into cubes and saute it 2 minutes.

Add spinach puree into the onion in wok, mix well.cook it till the oil separat out.Add sauted paneer and finished it with cardamom powder and seasoning.

Serve hot with Nan.
