Ingredients

  • 1 cupBoiled peas
  • 1 cupBoiled corn
  • 2Onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • Garlic n ginger paste
  • leafSpinach
  • Salt to tase
  • to tastePepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute the onion in ghee oil. Add the ginger n garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Add the sliced tomatoes. Let them cook

  3. 3

    Add the boiled peas n corn and spinach leaf. simmer for few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add pepper n salt to taste. serve alongside.
