Steps

Dice your carrots, chicken (into cubes)and onions firstly and keep it aside

Make your ginger garlic paste and blend or grate your scotch bonnet

In a medium size pan heat up oil and add the chicken breast with some ginger garlic paste, onions and scotch bonnet and stir in for some secs

Add the all the spices, soy sauce and carrots

Then lastly add a little ketchup and mustard with some chicken stock and allow it to cook for 5 mins on a low heat
