  • 1 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • as neededSalt
  • 3 TBSPYogurt
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 3 tbspcooking Oil
  • 5 gmWhole Spices
  • 1 tbspmint
  • 2Green Chilies
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 5 gmplum
  • 5 gmWhole Spices
  • 1 TspWhole cumin
  • 2Green Chilies
  • 1 Tspcumin powder
  • 5 gmplum
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 TspWhole cumin
  • 200 gmTomato
  • 1 Tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspyellow colour mix hot water 1 /4 cup
  • as neededWater
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbspRed Chilli crushed
  • 1 TspBlack pepper powder
  • 400 gmRice
  • For garnishing
  • lemon
  • green chilies
  • mint
  • green coriander

Steps

    In a pan, add water, cooking oil, salt, rice & boil it
    In a cooking pot, add beef, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli crushed, turmeric, hot spices, plum, whole cumin, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, tomato, water and steam it for 35-40 minutes.

    After that add cooking oil, garnish and cook for a while. Beef Masala is ready.
    In an other cooking pot, firstly add layer of beef masala then garnish then boiled rice then beef masala then boiled rice and at the end add yellow colour, garnishing, hot water. Steam it for 10-15 minute.

    Your tasty Beef Biryani Masala now ready to serve.
