Ingredients

1 glassmilk (you can use Soy milk,almond milk,low fat milk)
2ripe bananas
Some dates, berries(of your choice), a few walnuts
2 tbspoats
1 tsphoney
1 tspsoy drink powder
1 tsppeanut butter(optional)

Take all the ingredients, put them in a mixer & puree everything together. Then in the end add the hony

Once done serve in a tall glass or mason jar & you are good to go. You can add ice if you wish
