Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees,whip egg whites untill stiff, sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and mix the egg yellow,oil,vanilla essence.

Beat thos for a few min and add the dry ingredient, now gradually add the water.

Lastly fold in the egg whites,grease a square pan,line with lunch wrap,pour batter and bake for 20min or until done.

Wait 3 to 4 min, remove the cake and allow to cool, spread some beaten fresh cream and pour chocolate sauce over.

Chocolate sauce or butter icing for topping,150g dairy milk,1big tin nestle cream.Heat the nestle cream in a microwave add the chocolate and stir until its a sauce.
