Rajsthani khichda ka pudding fusionweek

Take a bowl add 2glasses of water and boil. Then add the wheat. Leave it in water for 1hour.

After 1hour take cooker add 1/2lit milk. When milk goes high add the wheat,cardamom on it. Cook for 20min. Then add sugar and mix well.

Now the rajsthani khichda is ready.just take 2glass add some cold khichda on it then make a layer of chocolate then again khichda And next of fruit. Serve cold.
