Prepare the ingredients and the sev maker

Mix all dry ingredients and then add the oil and mix

Make dough after adding the water.cover in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil for deep frying. Keep heat at medium.

After 5 minutes,divide the dough into 2 parts. Take one part and put it in the sev maker.

Put the dough in the oil gradually through the sev maker,turning it while rotating your hand.

Fry until the oil bubbles on the sev sieze.turn and fry both sides until golden.enjoy the crunchy snack once its cooled.
