Furst marinate beef with all masala gram masala papaya ginger garlic paste for 3 hours

Now after 3 hour boil rice only one kanni drain it then

Now layer meat and rice add brown onion in meat (marinated) tgen add tomatoes yogurt is optuonal i dont add mix meat tgen layer rice on meat add green coriander xhillies lenon oniin on rice (brown onion leave some onion dor upper layering)

Then add zafrani colour in rice and dum it tightly u make sure no steam should get out from patila if u want rhwn seal lid with flour in low flame

It take 1 to 2 hour in dum after it take out rice check ur meat will done in dum or not if every thing will fine then dish it out
