Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbutter/ghee
  • 1 cupsojee/semolina
  • 1 cupsugar (acc to taste)
  • 1/2 cupfresh cream
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • Fine cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  • 4 tblp klim powder(add water to make a paste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt ghee in a pot

  2. 2

    Add sojee and braise for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Make a mixture with sugar,fresh cream,milk,cardamom powder and vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Add the above mixture to the sojee and cook on medium to low heat

  5. 5

    When it thickens make a paste with klim powder and water,add to the sojee

  6. 6

    Add a pinch of saffron and cook on low heat for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with fresh cream and colored almonds enjoy 💕
