Wash Amla twice or thrice. Prick Amla with a fork or knife. Boil Amla cook till tender and transparent. Drain and keep aside.

Make sugar syrup. Maintain one thread consistency. Once it is done. Add amla bring to a boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

Let it cool. Then store in a clean airtight jar. You can keep this Amla for one month.
