Ingredients

  • 100 gmPaneer
  • 1-2 tbs Dry fruits ( cashews almonds walnuts )
  • As requiredSome fruits(depending upon the season)

Steps

  1. 1

    Smash the paneer then and add finely chopped cashews almonds walnuts and pistachios as well as finely chopped fruits such as bananas, apples etc

  2. 2

    Heat the bread in ghee

  3. 3

    Put the mixture in between the 2 slices and the tasty malai sandwich is ready
