Take karala/bitter gourd and cut to open from one side remove seeds.now sprinkle 3 tablespoon salt.rest for half hour.rinse with water by rubbing three times.now dry with cotton cloth.

Now in apan heat half cup oil add onion fry until light brown add g g paste fry for thirty sec.add all spices.fry 30 sec.Now add tomatoes and green chillis cover and cook until mix well and oil get saparated.Now add chicken mince fry for a minute.Add half cup water.cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.After 15 minutes.fry until oil sapsrated.

Take karala stuff withchicken mix and tie with string tightly.make sure karala should not stuffed too much filling.Now heat 1 cup oil in a woke.add karalasfry on medium heat.turn and cook from all sides.

When nicely cooked.remove from oil.Now heat remaining chicken mix add green and red chilli slices cook for 40 second.Add fry karalas.Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes(dum par rakh dn 5 min ke lyay).then open lid sprinkle some fresh corriender.stuffed karalas are ready to serve.must try.delicious recipe😋.
