In a bowl add rice,salt, cumin seeds and black pepper powder.mix well.take a roll of atta,make like chapati.add rice filling. Fold it.again make a chapati.heat up tava cook Parantha from both the sides.apply ghee and cook till crispy and golden brown.serve hot.
