Cut paneer into long strips.Smear little salt and set aside.Make a batter of cornflour,flour(maida),red chilli powder,little salt,chaat masala and black pepper powder.Dip each piece into batter and coat in rice flour.Rice flour can be store bought or made at home by dry grinding 1/2 cup rice to a fine powder.

Refrigerate for an hour to set.Deep fry till they are very crispy.Stir fry few seconds 1/2 finely chopped onion and slit green chillies.Add fried paneer sticks and toss.Sprinkle chaat masala and serve a delicious appetiser.
