Grate the fresh coconut in a grinder coarsely. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate. Keep aside. Heat kadai. Fry the coconut in slow flame for few minutes. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate.

In the same kadai. Cook jaggery with few drops of water in slow flame. Once the jaggery dissolves.

Add grated coconut. Mix.....well. Then add milk powder,cardamom powder, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp ghee. Mix.....well. Cook the mixture till it become dry and sticky.

While frying you will notice the mixture separates from the surface. It means the coconut ladoo is completely cooked. Once it is done. Switch of the flame. Transfer the mixture in a bowl. It should be little bit hot. Then only you can make ladoos. In a bowl take water. Dip the hand in water and make small ladoos.

Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful plate. Garnish with cashew nuts. Ready to serve.
