Steps

Soak the yeast in a lukewarm water, add the sugar, egg,milk,flavour and mix. Sieve and add the flour to it and mix

Add oil and butter to the dough and mix again when it's thoroughly mix u put it in a warm place or under the sun to rise
- 3
When it has risen, mix and start shaping it into balls using index and thump fingers curved. Set on a baking paper and melt butter to brush through the shaped dough.

Take to sun to rise again before deep frying into hot oil.
