Put on pot on medium heat pour in water,sugar,butter and salt and let it boil. Bring the boiled water down add flour and keep stirring until smooth keep aside and transfer the mixture into bowl and allow it to cool down

Add egg and vanilla keep mixing until well combine.get ur piping bag wit nozzle keep aside divide batter into two add food colour to one portion transfer batter into piping bag,pipe in hot oil 5-6 inches long and cut wit scissors and fry
