Ingredients

5-6 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1finaly chooped green chilli
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp finaly chooped ginger

Steps

5-6 minutes
  1. 1

    A large bowl take 2 tbsp besan and mix in water.
    whisk well making sure there are no lumps. Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix. keep aside.now in a large kadai heat 1tbs oil and add mustard seeds, and few curry leaves and pinch hing.

    Add ginger and 1 chilli and saute. add prepared besan mixtureand sugar.mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously.

    Add the lemon juice and mix well.Now ready.

    Serve immediately with Fafdas and enjoy.
