A large bowl take 2 tbsp besan and mix in water.
whisk well making sure there are no lumps. Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix. keep aside.now in a large kadai heat 1tbs oil and add mustard seeds, and few curry leaves and pinch hing. - 2
Add ginger and 1 chilli and saute. add prepared besan mixtureand sugar.mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously.

Add the lemon juice and mix well.Now ready.

Serve immediately with Fafdas and enjoy.
