Ingredients: For Crust; 1 Big Size Cauliflower; 1 Egg; 1 cup Cheese; 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder; to taste Salt; For Filling; 1 Onion; 2-4 Crushed Garlic; 1/2 cup Capsicum Julian tricolor; 1 cup Mushrooms; 1 cup Cream; 1 Egg; 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes; 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder; 1 tsp Theym; 1 tsp Rosemary; 2 tbsp Olive oil; 1 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp Green Coriander chopped; to taste Salt

For Crust
1 Big Size Cauliflower
1Egg
1 cupCheese
1/4 tspGarlic Powder
to tasteSalt
For Filling
1Onion
2-4Crushed Garlic
1/2 cupCapsicum Julian tricolor
1 cupMushrooms
1 cupCream
1Egg
1/4 tspChilli Flakes
1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
1/4 tspNutmeg Powder
1 tspTheym
1 tspRosemary
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspbutter
2 tbspGreen Coriander chopped
to tasteSalt

Steps

Blanch the cauliflower, and grind it.

Now remove in a bowl, add egg, cheese, salt and garlic powder. Mix well. Now set it into quiche mould. Set it.

Now preheat oven at 250℃.and put it for 15-18min.

Meanwhile prepare filling, slice the mushrooms and onion. Heat oil and butter in a pan, saute onion 4-5 min.

Now add crushed garlic, saute for min now add capsicum. Saute 2 min then add mushrooms. Cook till mushroom release all water. Off the flame and keep aside.

Now make custard. In a bowl take egg, cream, Chilli Flex,Black pepper, Nutmeg Powder, theym. Rosemary, salt. Mix well. Custard is ready.

Now remove quiche from oven, add mushroom mix, coriande cheese and custard.

Again put it into oven 20min.

Our cauliflower quiche is ready.
