Whole onion
Garlic
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Powder garlic
Powder onion
Powder thime
Powder rosemary
Cilantro or parsley
Beef buiton
Chicken stock
Cream

Mix butter and oil. Then add onions and garlic. After add mushrooms then flour and salt.
