Steps

Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan or wok.

Add the flour and keep mix it well in the ghee.

Keep stirring on medium flame till the flour is golden brown and starts leaving ghee.

Switch off the gas and add Jagger powder and cardamom powder and mix well till incorporated.

Grease a plate or pan with ghee and spread the mix evenly on it. Garnish with chopped almonds.

Let it cool a little then cut into your desired shape and pieces. Store and serve.
