  1. 4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 tspcardamon
  4. 1sp of yeast
  5. 2 cupsmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the flour in a basin.

    Add sugar,cardamon and yeast.Mix well

  3. 3

    Add milk as you knead till it makes a dough.

  4. 4

    Cut into small balls, cover them and wait for them to rise.

  5. 5

    Roll out the balls and cut into four pieces.

  6. 6

    Deep fry them.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with a cup of tea.
