  • Beans
  • Plantain
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onions
  • Seasoning
  • Palm oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water in a clean pot and put to fire, add salt and warm water to the beans and wash then pour into the pot, peel plantain slice and fry

  2. 2

    Pound scotch and onion add to the beans, add seasoning, palm oil salt to taste leave to cook till done and serve with plantain
