Ingredients

  • 250 gbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla flavor
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 4eggs
  • 2/4 teaspoonbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar till very fluffy

  2. 2

    Add in the eggs

  3. 3

    Add the buttermilk and mix

  4. 4

    Mix the dry ingredients separately and add to the wet in bits

  5. 5

    Grease the toaster, scoop a generous amount of the batter and place in the toaster

  6. 6

    Close the toaster and allow it for some minutes

  7. 7

    Check and remove when a toothpick inserted into it comes out nice and clean
