Steps

First step involves washing of cauliflower. Cut cauliflower into pieces and wash them in lukewarm water. Now peel off potato skins and cut it into cubes. Wash it well.

Now boil oil in pan and temper it with Cumin seeds. Add potato cubes. Fry it.

As potatoes becomes golden, add cauliflower in the same oil.

Fry it till it becomes golden in colour. In the meantime prepare the masala paste for gravy. Blend tomato and ginger.

Now add the masala paste in the pan. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and ghee.

Let it cook in low flame. Don't cover it. As masala starts giving oil, add water.

Now rise the flame and let the water boil. As water starts boiling, check the taste. Add sugar if needed.

Finish it after adding some dollop of ghee.
