Steps

Season beef and marinate with little onions for 10mins

Cook for 5mins with little water, don't let water dry up.

Add oil,crayfish, seasoning and pepper

Bring to boil, add water leaf

Stir and cook till it wilts or becomes tender

Taste to adjust with salt, crayfish or lil seasoning

Add Afang, stir,cook for a min
- 8
Turn off heat, enjoy with morsel of choice...
