Peel off the beetroot and boil it in pressure cooker. Crush it using mixer jar.

Mix all the flours, beetroot puree, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and mix well. Can add water to make batter like consistency.

Hot the griddle and prepare small pancakes. Garnish with mayonnaise.
