Put 4 tbsp oil in frying pan,add onion,garlic, haldi powder

And mince and cook till all the water dries up.

Add salt,crushed red chillies,coriander seed,and cumin.

Increase the flame and thoroughly mix all the spices,fry and turn off the flame.

Shape them like samosas.

Fill the Manda strips with mince mixture

Seal the ends with egg.

Heat oil in wok and fry the samosas till they are golden brown.
