Ingredients

  • Peeled, diced, and boiled Irish
  • Grinded scotch bonnet and onion
  • Sliced veggies (carrot, green beans and red pepper)
  • Veggie oil
  • Marinated shredded beef
  • Seasoning and spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring pan to heat, add 3 tbspoon oil, add marinated beef and stir fry

    Add grinded scotch bonnet and onion and veggies, continue stir frying for 5 mins

    Add seasoning and spices

  4. 4

    Add Irish and stir truly. Cover and leave it to tender for 4-5 mins @ low heat.

    Done, serve with rice or pasta.
