Steps

Mix the flour, rawa, besan, baking powder and cardamom powder.

Beat ghee and sugar till fluffy.

Add the flour mixture, do not over beat it. Knead into a dough and leave it covered aside for 2 hours.

Preheat oven at 200 deg C for 10 mins or as per your ur oven instructions.

Form into balls and flatten them slightly like a biscuit and place them on baking sheet. Make cross design.

Garnish with crushed pistachios.

Bake the nankantai for 15 mins. Cool on a wire rack and serve

Store in an airtight container.
