Take cashewnuts in a blender and powder it finely.

Take sugar in a non-stick pan. Add in water. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 5-7 minutes till the syrup forms one string consistency.

Next, add in amul powder and cashewnut powder. Mix thoroughly and cook till it forms a sticky dough. Add ghee, mix well and transfer it to a plate. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into three portions. Add red food colour to one portion and sprinkle some cardamom seeds to resemble watermelon seeds. Add green food colour to another portion of the dough.

Now make small balls of the red dough and small puris of the green dough and white dough.

Then take a white puri and place a
red ball at it's centre. Seal it and roll it smoothly to a white ball. - 7
Next take a green puri and place the white ball at it's centre. Seal it and roll it smoothly to a green ball.

Repeat the process to make similar green balls with the remaining puris and balls.

Now place the green balls in the refrigerator for one hour.

Then take them out, cut into quarters and serve.
