In a cooker add rhr dal,soya sag,tomato, garlic cloves, pinch of asofodiya,turmeric powder, to taste salt, as required water closed the lid now pressure cook up to 3whistles now again cook for 10 min on lower flame

Now reduce the flame cool completely now check ur dal properly cooked

Now transfer the bowl

Again heat the tdka pan take some ghee then add garlic stir it few minutes then add cumin, whole dry red chilli, ginger, green chilli crinkle it then pour the ovar cooked dal

It's ready to serve
