  1. 1/2 cup hung curd
  2. 2 tbspCondensed milk
  3. 2 tbsp blueberry crush
  4. 2 tbspmilk
  5. as requiredBlanched pistachios

Steps

4-hrs.
  1. 1

    Mix hung curd, Condensed milk, blueberry crush and milk in a bowl and whisk well to smoothen it. Fill in silicone mould and cover it with silver foil and steam for 15-minutes cool completely and refrigerate for 2-hrs.
