Ingredients

1/4 cupbread crumbs *2 Tbsp of olive oil *1 egg
2 cupscooked rice *6 slice cheese
1/2 Tbspsalt **½ cup of finely grated Parmesan

Steps

Mix the rice with Parmesan and salt in a bowl

#Take a small portion of the rice mixture and tuck in #happy_cow_Cheese

#Shape the mix into a ball.

Now coat the rice balls with egg and breadcrumbs

Bake until they turn golden brown in colour.

Serve with tomato ketchup
