Ingredients

20 mins
5 servings
  • 300 gmsrice flour
  • 1.5 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbspginger and green chili paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspghee
  • pinchturmeric powder
  • pinchred chilli powder
  • Dahi to knead the dough
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix above ingredients (except oil) and knead semi soft dough.

  2. 2

    Keep oil in kadhai on flame so by that time it becomes hot

  3. 3

    Prepare chakli on some stiff paper and leave in oil fry on medium flame as it turns golden brown remove from oil.
