Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked rice
  2. 200 gramsfresh palak (spinach)
  3. 1/2 bowlroasted mixed dry fruits (cashewsnut nut,pistachio)
  4. 1 tbsptamarind pulp
  5. 2whole dry red chillies chopped
  6. 3green chillies slit
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  8. 2 tbspginger chopped or grated
  9. 2 tbspcooking oil
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 2medium sized onion thinly slices
  12. 100 gramspaneer chopped cubes size
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  14. 1/2 tspmeat masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First, wash and blanch the spinach properly.

  2. 2

    Now transfer into a mixer jar and make a fine paste keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Now heat the wok with oil then add coriander seeds once it crackle then add red chilli, ginger, green chilli and stir it for few minutes.

    Now add onion saute it until it becomes nice pink colour, now add paneer stir it few minutes on medium flame.

    Then add spinach puree and tamarind pulp, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp meat masala powder mix it well and then add roasted dry fruits again mix it properly.

    Then add cooked rice, salt to taste, mix nicely and stir it few minutes now reduce the flame.

    It's ready to serve it.
