Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMulti grain aata
  2. 2 tbspChopped Onion
  3. 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  4. 2 tbspGrated Carrot
  5. 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  6. 1/2 tspCarrom Seeds
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  8. 2 tspGhee
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. As neededOil to fry
  11. Water as per requirements

Steps

  1. 1

    Except oil take all ingredients in a big bowl and Knead a dough. Keep aside for 20 min.

    Now take small balls from dough. Roll it like poori. Now make slit on it, not cut all the way through.

    Now make all like this. Heat oil in a pan, fry these. Kordoi are ready.
