To make rice flour Soak the rice for about 5 to 6 hours.
Now drain,After draining the rice, spread it out on a fabric towel or paper towels. Let the rice dry for about an hour, until it is slightly dry to the touch.
Grind the rice.and make fine powder.

At first Heat water and add cumin seeds, green chilli, baking soda and salt in it.
Boil water in a pan for 10-15 minutes at medium to slow flame. - 3
.Now mix rice flour slowly and stir continuously to prevent again lump.
Cover pan and keep this pan on a stove for 1 -2 minutes at slow flame.Serve in a dish and pour achar masala and oil in it.
Khichu is ready for serve.
