Steps

Soak sabudhana before 3 to 5 hours.
Boiled potato for 4 to 5 whistle in cooker.
Peel it and cut it.
Heat oil in a pan. - 2
Add cumin seeds,curry leaves,chilli and ginger paste in it.
Add asafoetida.
Then after add potatoes to it and saute for few seconds.
Add sabudhana,peanut,pepper powder and salt to it.
Mix it well. - 3
Transfer in a plate
Add lemon juice and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander and peanut in it.
Enjoy this drolling dish with curd.
