Crispy Rice balls
Steps

Take some left over rice in bowl and mash well. Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic.

Now add all the chopped veggies, chopped green chillies and roasted red chilli crush. Now add cumin seed and coriander powder. Add salt to taste. Finally add 1 tbsp corn flour.

Mix all the ingredients well. Make balls with the mixture and deep fry in medium flame.

Finally the crispy rice balls are ready to be served.
