Soak toor Dal for 30 mintutes

After that pour oil, Spinach, onion, green chilli paste tamarind, turmeric powder and pressure Cook for 6 whistles

Once it is cooked put tadka in that, to prepare tadka pour oil in a pan. Oil heats put mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts spluttering put red chilli and curry leaves, garlic.

Add the tadka into the Daal by adding salt, mix well

Take it into a bowl bowl and serve hot with rice /roti /chapathi
