Steps

Select and clean your omena with hot water, rinse with cold water and leave to dry

Heat the oil in a pan and fry your omena until almost done, should be a bit crispy. Add salt at this stage

Remove from oil and set a side

If the oil is much, divide and use like 2tbs to fry your onion, garlic and rosemary. When they are almost done add back the omena and fry for 5 mins on low heat

At this time they are done, you can add tomatoes and other ingredients but i chose to have it like that. So crispy and goes well with hot ugali and some greens
