I wanted to add another recipe because of the amazing #onerecipeonetree cause. So I decided to make something with whatever I had left in the house. It may not look amazing but trust me it's delicious 😋.

Put the diced garlic into the pan with hot oil and fry

Slice half a large onion thinly.

Add it into the pan along with two tablespoons of brown sugar.

Add the powder seasonings and parsley to the onion and garlic and stir in.

Add the stock/broth to the pan.

Add the tuna, then the spinach and sweetcorn.
- 7
Serve with rice.
