In a bowl mix Suji, curd, all veggies with some salt and make a thick paste.

After five minutes add all the spices and baking soda.

Now crackle some mustard seeds and oil and add it to the batter.

Now take a pan and let it heat. And put 1 tablespoon of batter on the pan and let it cook.

When the Uttapam turns golden brown from both the sides take it on a plate and garnish with some Paneer and serve it with green Chutney or tomato sauce
