Ingredients

  1. 250 grampaneer cubed
  2. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1capsicum chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1onion sliced
  7. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1 tbspfresh cream or malai
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 tspcoriander and cumin powder
  13. 1 tspCumin powder
  14. as needed mustard oil
  15. handfulchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil allow to heat then add paneer pieces and fry by adding little salt. Drain aand keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now in the same oil add ginger garlic paste and saute then add all the dry masala and keep stirring until it leaves oil.

  3. 3

    Now add capsicum and tomato. Lower the flame and allow it to turn soft. Then add the paneer and allow it to cook for few minutes.Throw some chopped coriander and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Finally add cream or malai. For the logo i have taken a thick paneer slice and carved it with the knife. Tadddda it's done!!

  5. 5

    Now serve this khas(special) paneer to your loved ones and cheer the moment.
