Ingredients

2Medium Potatoes (Peeled and Chopped)
1Onion (Diced)
6Carrots (Diced)
Little bit of Melted Butter
1/2 GlassWater
Salt & Pepper
2Chicken Stock Cubes (or 12 fl oz chicken stock)
12 fl ozboiling water to make stock
Any other Veggies wanted

Steps

Place melted butter, 1/2. glass water, veggies, salt & pepper into large saucepan. Saute for 10 minutes.

Dissolve the stock cubes in the boiling water, add to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.

Liquidise in blender
