For Bread:
Mix the ingredients well - 2
Bind soft dough and knead very well.

Then let it rise cover the bowl with cling film.

Punch back and make four to five or more portions (depending on bread size you want).

Fold in long thick tubes and lay on greased tray.

Glaze with butter let it fully rise (can use beaten egg and sprinkle flour or sesame).

Bake in oven on 200°C til browned up.

NB: I usually keep ice water with ice in metal bowl in oven when baking breads.

Filling:
Marinate fillet slices in above ingredients for three hours. - 10
Fry them in nonstick pan using little oil till browned up.

Shredd the slices or cut thinly and keep aside.

Sauce:
Boil them together once and keep off flame. - 13
Add steak shreds and mix well.

Salad:
Mix them together add a tablespoon of vinegar and salt, use as base for the sandwiches. - 15
If not using salad can add chopped capsicum and onions in steak filling

How to assemble:
Slit bread in half lengthwise - 17
If you are using salad, put that first evenly from one end to the other

Now put the steak mixture evenly from one end to the other

Sprinkle cheese and lay on baking tray.

Just before serving, bake in oven on 200 C just to melt the cheese.
